Notice today Outlook 2010 always starting in Safe Mode, I've done restart the pc and remove plugin that assosiated to outlook application, No problem cannot be resolved. Then it is found that that This outlook safe mode issue only affected computers that received
the most recent updates.
The resolution is to remove KB3114409 until new patch is rollout
